AmerID operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). AmerID is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AmerID is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with AmerID. Shopify is not responsible for any transaction between you and AmerID.

Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any ideas or feedback you submit (“Feedback”) become our property. You grant AmerID a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your Feedback.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct mistakes and cancel or change orders if needed, even after confirmation.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
Use the Services lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes infringing rights, uploading malware, scraping data, spamming, impersonation, and bypassing security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours freely.

These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where AmerID is headquartered.

Headings are for convenience and don’t affect interpretation.

We may update these Terms by posting the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
